Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
Section titled “1. Acceptance of Terms”By downloading, installing, or using Weproxa (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Section titled “2. Description of Service”Weproxa is a native macOS HTTP/HTTPS proxy debugger that allows you to capture, inspect, modify, and replay network traffic on your local machine. The App is provided as a desktop application for macOS.
3. License
Section titled “3. License”Free Tier
Section titled “Free Tier”Weproxa is available for free with core features and usage limits as described on our Pricing page. The free tier grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.
Pro License
Section titled “Pro License”A Weproxa Pro license removes all usage limits and unlocks additional features. The Pro license is:
- A one-time purchase of $25 USD.
- Includes 1 year of updates from the date of purchase.
- Per-user: each license is for a single user.
- Non-transferable: licenses may not be resold or transferred.
After the update period expires, you may continue using the last version you received. You can purchase a new license to receive another year of updates.
Restrictions
Section titled “Restrictions”You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where permitted by law.
- Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the App or your license key.
- Use the App to conduct unauthorized interception of third-party network traffic.
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
4. Purchases and Refunds
Section titled “4. Purchases and Refunds”Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance.
Refund requests may be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at contact@weproxa.com. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
Section titled “5. Intellectual Property”The App, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Weproxa and its creator. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
6. User Responsibilities
Section titled “6. User Responsibilities”You are responsible for:
- Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensuring you have authorization to intercept and inspect network traffic on your device and network.
- Keeping your license key secure and not sharing it with others.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Section titled “7. Disclaimer of Warranties”The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
Section titled “8. Limitation of Liability”To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Weproxa or its creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Any third-party conduct or content related to the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Privacy
Section titled “9. Privacy”Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.
10. Updates and Changes
Section titled “10. Updates and Changes”We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website.
11. Termination
Section titled “11. Termination”We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
12. Governing Law
Section titled “12. Governing Law”These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
